Brand Name Sunglasses

We are proud to announce the creation of our new branded sunglass lines. Sun Designe has owned and operated a retail sunglass shop since 1990. We retail many of the most respected brand names in the world like; Maui Jim, Ray Ban, Oakley, Vaurnet, Revo, Serengeti, and many more. Since we are not allowed to wholesale any of these brands, we decided to take our knowledge and experience in eyewear manufacturing and combine that with our retail brand experience to create several unique high quality sunglass brands.

Aeroframe: is very high tech, both in terms of construction and performance. The frame construction is a composite aluminum magnesium alloy which is extremely lightweight, yet very strong. Advantages of our frame construction are: anticorrosive, non-allergenic, extremely comfortable to wear, and Rx-able. Because we wanted to offer the wearer the best possible lens performance plus safety we specified a polycarbonate polarized lens from Japan. To enhance the appearance and performance we offer lens choices with and without colored mirrors and AR coatings. The end result is a product that is on par with most major brands costing twice as much.

ROxX: Our slogan for this brand says it all: “Get your rocks off—With your Roxx on” We wanted to offer a product with strong appeal to thrill seekers of all ages. Sport wrap sahpes in plastics and zyl with a variety of very cool lens and frame color combinations. In order to crank up the value we included a very cool RoxX-BoxX aluminum case, plus a micro fiber bag and cord.

AKA: In order to round out our collection we had to have a brand with a broader appeal for people looking for more classic styles with the best lens for everyday use at an affordable price. There is no argument that the best optical clarity is obtained from ground and polished glass lenses and glass lenses also offer the best scratch resistance which is important for everyday use. We decided to select several styles we knew to be our best sellers and install tempered ground and polished glass lenses. Then we decided to also offer photochromic glass lenses on most of the styles for people who wanted the versatility of a light changing lens. Most of the biggest and best names in the sunglass industry offer a line with ground and polished glass lenses at prices well above our AKA brand with identical quality. To reach people with a “money is no object” budget we will soon offer a ground and polished glass polarized lens option under the AKA name.

Sunfish brand is the only moderately priced children's polarized sunglasses in the world and the only children's polarized sunglasses offered in a wide variety of lens colors.
