Credit: Purchases can be made with pre-approved credit or by credit card. If you wish to establish credit with Sun Designe, please contact us to request a credit application. We regret we can no longer accept request for COD shipments, however, we will accept pre-paid shipping request, by check or money order. (Please allow extra time for pre-paid shipping request by check.) We Do Accept All Major Credit Cards, however, we do not accept credit card payments for shipments outside the United States. Wire transfer payments only prior to shipment on all international deliveries.

Shipping: WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT C.O.D. SHIPPING REQUESTS. We ship daily via U.P.S., however, we cannot guarantee same day shipping on any order. You can call our shipping department at 1-800-322-6748 for estimated shipping times. Report any shipping shortages to us immediately!

Defective merchandise: Occasionally we will unknowingly ship defective merchandise. If you receive defective merchandise notify us immediately, we will credit or replace defective merchandise within (72) hours of shipment.

Packaging & Assortments: Brand name sunglasses are sold by the piece and non-branded sunglasses are packaged in one dozen boxes which contain a specific lens and frame color assortment for that style. We do not offer custom color assortments. Reading Glasses are packaged in one dozen boxes all of the same power and style with assorted frame colors. We do not offer custom color assortments, however we will sell less than one dozen of a power per style for an additional $1.20/Dz. If you have a question about a color assortment please contact us.
